Trauma Support Group

Are you a survivor of trauma and in need of support? Join our 8 Week Trauma Support Group led by experienced healing Coach Avigail JisraEL. Expect to tackle topics like Identifying & Avoiding Triggers, Overcoming Shame and Coping with Life after Trauma.  Join us and find a safe and supportive space to heal from experiences such as domestic abuse, sexual violence, and trafficking. To make sure Sistahs get the proper attention and care, our group is limited to 10 people.

You will receive an email the week before the first class date (May 21, 2023) with meeting details such as location, materials needed, etc.

If you couldn't make this session. Do not worry as we are considering making this Trauma Support Group a rolling enrollment after each 8 week session.
